Steve Steltenkamp founded Vector Construction Company in September 1997, after having been with Maescher Industries for more than 20 years, where he was President and CEO of its subsidiary, Matrix Building Company, Inc. He is responsible for all ongoing activities including estimating, operations, management and administrative functions of the company.
Steve’s 30 years of experience in all phases of construction include field personnel supervision, value engineering and project management. He has been involved in over 100 projects ranging from 10,000 square feet to 500,000 square feet.
As a Project Manager/President, he directed construction for several landmark projects in the Tri-State area including the construction management of the multi-million dollar Marriott high-rise Hotel Tower in Sharonville, The ATP Tennis Stadium expansion at the Golf Center in Mason (OH), the Administration Building of Northern Kentucky University and the Gateway Buildings in Covington (KY), which house the Internal Revenue Service.
