Renovated two floors of the four-story office building in Downtown Cincinnati. The first floor was converted into a 5/3 Bank branch that required significant structural improvements. The upper floor was renovated into premium office space for a law firm.

The building had ornate woodwork and detailing that was reconditioned and preserved. This project also included the cleaning and restoration of the building's exterior.
