Project included design and construction of an 110,000 square-foot manufacturing addition and an 8,000 square-foot office addition through a design build process that took only seven months from the beginning of design to completion of construction.

Significant features involved tying into an existing building, use of a single slope roof capable of accepting a second major addition, relocating sanitary sewers and overcoming nearby flood plain issues. The building also had important sound controls incorporated including sound absorbing panels and wall and ceiling acoustics that reduced decibel levels to a point that did not require ear protection. The final billing was $60,000 under the guarantee maximum price.
