As a general contractor for industrial, office, commercial, medical and renovation projects in Northern Kentucky, Cincinnati, Ohio and Southeastern Indiana, Vector Construction has successfully completed projects under a variety of contract delivery methods including general construction, design/build, and construction anagement. Our projects have ranged in size and complexity from pouring and finishing a small sidewalk to a $17 million retail/parking/office complex. We routinely perform general labor, concrete work and rough and finish carpentry with our own personnel, thus allowing us tighter control of the schedule, cost and quality of a project.

Proof of this commitment has been our history of maintaining schedules, of producing a high quality of workmanship at a reasonable cost, and our high percentage of repeat clients. Vector Construction has an excellent knowledge of sites throughout the Northern Kentucky, Cincinnati, Ohio and Southeastern Indiana and can assist our clients in defining specific site selection criteria for their project insuring all requirements are met. Once a site is selected, we will work with our clients to obtain the necessary public approvals for their project. Our staff also has a working knowledge of Northern Kentucky, Cincinnati, Ohio and Southeastern Indiana incentive programs thus enabling our clients to take advantage of such programs.
From as little as a verbal description, we can work with our clients to completely develop all project requirements from initial layout through design to completed structure. Vector Construction will assist the client in identifying and clarifying the project’s objectives and move the project efficiently and effectively from the conceptual stage to completion.
